Rigorous Craft

Suspended light and optical depth

We engineer multi-layered suspension surfaces that capture light. Every commission balances the fluid physics of polymers with structural timber.

Material Integrity

Zero-VOC optical-grade polymer

Our commitment to architectural safety means utilizing advanced zero-VOC formulations. These specialized polymers resist UV degradation, ensuring high-clarity surfaces that remain pristine over decades of exposure.

We pair these technical mediums with sustainably sourced, hand-planed timber. The resulting marriage of organic grain and synthetic depth creates a permanent, stable statement piece.

Depth of Cure

The multi-week pouring sequence

Each surface undergoes a strict climate-controlled curing cycle to eliminate internal tension and guarantee optical perfection.

Layered suspension

Thermal control

Planar calibration

We pour in precise millimeter increments, allowing pigment dispersion to stabilize before the next layer bonds.

Exothermic heat is monitored hourly. Slowing the gel phase prevents micro-fractures and ensures a flawless, bubble-free cure.

Post-cure, surfaces are planed flat and polished through nine progressive grit stages to achieve absolute optical clarity.
